請(qǐng)問，這種情況該咋整。

編輯說decline，又讓resubmit。審稿人一位讓小修，一位完全不同意發(fā)表。。很糾結(jié)。。請(qǐng)問大家，這個(gè)應(yīng)該怎么處理？ In view of the criticisms of the reviewer(s), I must decline the manuscript for publication in**雜志名at this time. However, a new manuscript may be submitted which takes into consideration these comments. Please note that resubmitting your manuscript does not guarantee eventual acceptance, and that your resubmission will be subject to re-review by the reviewer(s) before a decision is taken. 第一個(gè)審稿人提了幾個(gè)意見,說修改后同意發(fā)表。 第二位審稿人大爺，不留情面。。 Referee: 2 Comments to the Author The work was properly done in terms of methodology and the conclusion was well evidenced by the solid chracterization data. However, on scientific standards, a good paper is not just an exhibition of a lot of results, the authors should draw insightful comments and choose the most important results to support their point of view. In this paper, the authors put too much figures and the most essential was buried among them. At the same time, this paper didn't represent a significant development in the field of pharmaceutical metal complexes. The work is lack of novelty and does not contain something very creative, so it is not very appropriate to be published on ***雜志名。 |

首先，decline 跟resubmit不矛盾。 其次，如果你真心想投這個(gè)雜志，就必須按審稿意見修改，然后再重新投稿，不可以吧修改內(nèi)容標(biāo)明，讓編輯看到！ 最后，看來你的introduction 和discussion 部分得下功夫重寫。 八卦一下，你是學(xué)生還是已經(jīng)畢業(yè)工作了？如果是學(xué)生，你老板要么水平一般，要么責(zé)任心一般！ |

樓主，這其實(shí)是一個(gè)很好的機(jī)會(huì)。我個(gè)人包括我們組不少篇好雜志第一輪都是revise and resubmit,你現(xiàn)在的結(jié)果雖然是decline,但是如果你認(rèn)真按照revise and resubmit的要求來修改（按照審稿人的意見大改，并且在下次重新投稿的時(shí)候附上response letter說明修改的地方）,接受的可能性還是挺大的。兩個(gè)審稿人一個(gè)收一個(gè)拒，編輯給了拒，說明這個(gè)雜志還是比較正規(guī)的。建議樓主抓抓住這個(gè)機(jī)會(huì)，好好修改。 僅供參考。 |
