本文的想法是有趣的,但也存在著一些不清楚的問題,如下: 1.運用a對樣品進行預(yù)處理雖然對其厚度和均勻性有一定的作用,但是不可避免的卻出現(xiàn)了有害相A,而未處理的卻沒有出現(xiàn)。要知道A與B兩相間往往會出現(xiàn)裂紋或縫隙,這是由于他們的熱膨脹系數(shù)不同。因此,請說明此方法的具體優(yōu)勢體現(xiàn)在哪里? 2.文中分析指出,提高溫度或是延長時間可導(dǎo)致A相的出現(xiàn),這個論斷似乎與已報導(dǎo)的結(jié)論相矛盾。時間的延長或溫度的提高可使C原子得到充分的擴散,進而朝著更穩(wěn)定的B相方向生成。然而本文的分析似乎與此相反,請給出解釋。 |

Interesting the idea is, there are still some problems unknown in this paper: 1. Though it has a certain effect on the thickness and uniformity to pretreat the sample with a, detrimental phase A inevitably appeared which didn't show in the untreated samples. As we know, crack is always existed between phase A and phase B due to the difference of their thermal expansion coefficient. Therefore, please explain where the specific advantage of this method is 2. It is analyzed in this paper that increasing the temperature or extending the time may contribute to the appearance of phase A. This statement seems to contradict with the reported conclusion that increasing the temperature or extending the time get the carbon atom diffuse sufficiently and then generate towards the more stable phase B.
