RSC雜志Reject & Resubmit 大家看看重投希望大不 已有9人參與

估計(jì)是假期吧，就一個(gè)審稿人，意見(jiàn)相對(duì)還是比較積極，但是認(rèn)為我在實(shí)驗(yàn)過(guò)程中選的參比體系有問(wèn)題，因此建議拒稿，但雜志主編認(rèn)為文章還是有可取之處，給了Reject & Resubmit，主編和審稿人部分意見(jiàn)如下： Dear Prof.X: Manuscript ID XXX entitled "XXX" which you submitted to XXX, has been reviewed. The comments from reviewer(s) are included at the bottom of this letter. Based on the comments of the reviewer and my own reading of the manuscript I regret that the decision is not to accept your manuscript for publication in XXX. Considering the importance of the topic identified by the referees and the interest to our readers, we will consider a new submission of the paper once you are able to address the major concerns. If you do submit a new manuscript, a cover letter should be included which cites the original manuscript number (XXX) and which carefully and systematically lays out point-by-point each of the reviewers’ comments, how they have been dealt with, and the nature and location of the new material incorporated in the manuscript. The new manuscripts will be subject to the usual review process. If you decide to re-submit your manuscript, go to XXX and login to your Author Centre. Click on "Manuscripts with Decisions," and then click on "Create a Resubmission" located next to the manuscript number. Then, follow the steps for resubmitting your manuscript.
