| The information and knowledge disclosed to Contractor by or on behalf of UOP or which Contractor acquires in connection with or as a result of performing the Services or which Contractor develops hereunder (including Work Product) shall be regarded by Contractor as confidential (“UOP Confidential Information”). Without limiting the generality of the foregoing, Contractor recognizes that all features of the compounds, compositions, formulations, apparatus, processes, and application methods and business information heretofore or hereafter used or developed by UOP (or by any of its predecessors in business) or by Contractor hereunder are and shall be UOP’s trade secrets. |

披露的信息和知識(shí)的代表或由UOP公司或承包商在獲得連接或執(zhí)行服務(wù)或承包開(kāi)發(fā)下文（包括工作產(chǎn)品）的結(jié)果給承包商，由承包商應(yīng)視為機(jī)密（“UOP機(jī)密信息“）。在不限制前述條文的一般性的情況下，承包商需要保證并確認(rèn)執(zhí)行，迄今為止已經(jīng)或今后使用或開(kāi)發(fā)產(chǎn)品的功能、成分、配方、相關(guān)設(shè)備、工藝、應(yīng)用方法和商務(wù)信息，由UOP公司（或任何其前任業(yè)務(wù)）或是由承包商本協(xié)議項(xiàng)下的，并且應(yīng)當(dāng)是UOP公司的貿(mào)易秘密。 好像是什么合同里的，翻譯起來(lái)確實(shí)有點(diǎn)晦澀。 以前在單位搞過(guò)一段時(shí)間的合同，表示比較頭疼  |
