There are few interfering substances which affect on the analysis of petroleum oil in the solution after being extracted through a non-polar solvent of CCl4 using infrared spectrophotometry. (大意:污泥中有機物質主要是p a h u 和o等極性物質。在使用紅外光度法測定時,被極性的萃取劑CCl4萃取的溶液中,幾乎不存在干擾石油類測定的有機物質。) 2、Mean determined values of 5 times were obtained by adding the same spiked value into the same original value. Footnotes have been used to explain the determination times of the mean determined values and calculation methods of the recovery. We also converted the concentration units to the content units for convenience of understanding. (大意:在同一樣品中加入同一濃度的加標溶液,平行測定5次得到平均測定值。采用腳注來注釋平均測定值的次數(shù)和加標回收率的計算方法。此外,為了便于理解,我們將原稿中濃度單位轉換為現(xiàn)在的含量單位。) 3、The established infrared spectrophotometric method was employed for the determination of petroleum oils in sewage sludge samples with only one scan per sample. The concentration range of the extracted solution between 0.1 and 100 mg L-1 was determined with 5.0 cm quartz absorption cell, while 100-800 mg L-1 with 1.0 cm quartz absorption cell. (大意:本文建立的用于測定污泥中石油類的紅外光度法僅需一次掃描即可得出結果。萃取液濃度范圍在0.1-100mg/L時,采用5.0cm石英比色皿;濃度范圍在100-800mg/L時采用1.0cm石英比色皿。) 4、The power X is recommended by the manufacture. And it was verified by the U test. 1.
