本人只是一個(gè)客座編輯，負(fù)責(zé)安排審稿，其他所有的事情，包括投稿，版面費(fèi)等都和出版社直接聯(lián)系;
目標(biāo)錄用20-30篇文章，依投稿量而定，錄用率在30%以上
對(duì)于投稿給出如下建議：（1）有一定的創(chuàng)新性（2）英文表達(dá)說(shuō)得過(guò)去，可以找翻譯公司（3）至少在10頁(yè)以上（4）不要將發(fā)表過(guò)的文章再投這里，出版社有檢測(cè)系統(tǒng)，一個(gè)老外剛剛被拒了
如果滿足以上要求，基本上至少可以給一個(gè)大修結(jié)果了！
(5)投稿后，一個(gè)星期內(nèi)安排外審，一般最長(zhǎng)兩個(gè)月給出就結(jié)果，錄用后一般4個(gè)月就能在線發(fā)表（個(gè)人投稿經(jīng)歷）

其主要內(nèi)容如下：
Technologically advanced societies have become increasingly dependent on external energy sources for transportation, the production of many manufactured goods, and the delivery of energy services. This energy allows people who can afford the cost to live under otherwise unfavorable climatic conditions through the use of heating, ventilation, and/or air conditioning. Level of use of external energy sources differs across societies, as do the climate, convenience, levels of traffic congestion, pollution, and availability of domestic energy sources.
The idea of this special issue of Mathematical Problems in Engineering is to consider the study and applications of mathematical modeling method on energy science and technology. For example, the Polymer ElectrolyteMembrane Fuel Cells (PEMFCs)modeling has become standard module of some commercial software; The U.S. Green Building Council’s Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design
Rating System (LEEDTM) requires energy modeling to assess the energy use of a building and to quantify the savings attributable to the proposed design; Advanced Modeling and Simulation program was used to improve the reliability, sustain the safety, and extend the life of current reactors.
Therefore, since mathematical modeling and simulation method play a very important role in energy science and technology developments, this call for papers is posted, seeking original research and review papers related to the study and review of the engineering applications devoted to heat and mass transfer on energy science and engineering modeling and simulation. Potential topics include, but are not limited to:
• Renewable energy
• Advanced energy technology
• Efficient energy using and saving energy technology
• Recycling, storing, and reusing energy
• Energy conversion process
• Clean energy technology and device
• Green energy technology
Before submission authors should carefully read over the journal’s Author Guidelines, which are located at https://www.hindawi.com/journals/mpe/guidelines/. Prospective authors should submit an electronic copy of their complete manuscript through the journal Manuscript Tracking System at https://mts.hindawi.com/ according to
the following timetable:
Manuscript Due Friday, 1 March 2013
First Round of Reviews Friday, 24 May 2013
Publication Date Friday, 19 July 2013
