主編的審稿意見--建議使用對(duì)數(shù)比方法處理數(shù)據(jù),可是不會(huì),求大俠幫助!

On the methodological side, you seem to be unaware of the fact that you are dealing with compositional data. For instance, in fig. 13 you try to smooth percentage values. This is not permitted, because there is no guarantee that the sum of smoothed percentage values is equal to 100%. If you do not believe me, try it with for example three variables such as QFL, which sum to 100%. I strongly advise you to use log-ratio methods, which are the only reliable way to draw conclusions from compositional data. These may also serve to provide a more quantitative statistical treatment of the data, for example if would like to demonstrate that compositions vary spatially and/or stratigraphically. The fact that not all researchers are aware of this should give you a head start over many other studies which do not truly exploit the information in the data. 我比較腦殘的把圖13的數(shù)據(jù)給平滑擬合處理了下,結(jié)果被主編抓住了,強(qiáng)烈建議用他們使用的方法處理。 我的論文是地質(zhì)領(lǐng)域的,而這個(gè)主編是搞數(shù)學(xué)地質(zhì)(數(shù)學(xué)統(tǒng)計(jì)方面)的,他比較擅長(zhǎng)這個(gè),而我基本是盲。昨天花了一天時(shí)間大概看了看,沒弄明白。 他認(rèn)為logratio 方法(對(duì)數(shù)比)是處理成分?jǐn)?shù)據(jù)(compositional data)的唯一有效方法,可以消除“閉合效應(yīng)”,首次是由Aitchison, J. (1986)年提出的。 有懂?dāng)?shù)學(xué)統(tǒng)計(jì)的大俠嗎?教教啊。 例如我有N組3類數(shù)據(jù) A1 B1 C1 A2 B2 C2 A3 B3 C3 ... An Bn Cn 任何一組加起來都是恒定值100(即成分?jǐn)?shù)據(jù)) 目前大部分人討論同一類數(shù)據(jù)在不同組直接的變化直接將A1, A2, A3,..., An作圖,B1, B2, B3,..., Bn作圖,看縱向變化。我的初稿也是這樣 主編說要用對(duì)數(shù)比方法處理,不知道咋弄才是他滿意的結(jié)果。他們的文章我也看不懂。 |

| 審稿人的意思是,你所使用的數(shù)據(jù)是成分?jǐn)?shù)據(jù),也就是以百分比、ppm、或ppb等具有比例意義單位表示的數(shù)據(jù),這在地學(xué)領(lǐng)域尤其廣泛存在。對(duì)待這樣的閉合數(shù)據(jù),需要用適當(dāng)?shù)霓D(zhuǎn)換方法轉(zhuǎn)換,使數(shù)據(jù)打開,然后在進(jìn)行下一步的分析才行。推薦閱讀Filzmoser, P., Hron, K., Reimann, C., 2009. Principal component analysis for compositional data with outliers. Environmetrics 20, 621-632.;Filzmoser, P.發(fā)表了不少文章討論這個(gè)事情。中文文獻(xiàn)還有周蒂、李春軒等。我的QQ505918238 |
