| Around the presevation and storage standards of fruits and vegetables, its current situation all over the world had been introduced. After pointing out the main problems in domestic standard and comparing it with the ISO standards, some substantial suggestions and measures had been proposed for its improvement. |

| The currently domestic and foreign situation of standards of keeping and storing fruits and vegetables is introduced in this paper. This paper points out the primary problems in the standards of keeping fresh, storing and transporting, and places emphasis on the comparative analysis of the standards of keeping fresh, storing and transporting between our country and ISO, then propose the detailed advice and measurement to improve the development of domestic standards of keeping and storing. |
