The electrochemical deposition is an efficient assembled method, based on the alumina template, to make assembled metal and metal nanoarrays. Nanowires, nanotubes and other array-materials are able to be made by combining the electrochemical method and the technology of producing templates, and by taking advantage of the limitation that the holes of AAO film have insufficient room for the fill of metal atom. |

Nanowires, nanotubes, and other array materials can be prepared by combining electrochemical method and template technique and utilizing the space limitation of metal atom filling from the holes of AAO film. |
