IEEE transactions on broadcasting 投稿問(wèn)題

老板要求投這個(gè)雜志，到網(wǎng)站翻了半天，發(fā)現(xiàn)好像是用郵箱投稿啊，而且投了3-4天了，連確認(rèn)收到都沒(méi)回復(fù)個(gè)。 聽(tīng)老師說(shuō)要到投稿中心去，即http://mc.manuscriptcentral.com 希望有經(jīng)驗(yàn)的幫個(gè)忙，到底是如何投稿  |

For submission of a paper via mail please include: References, which must include full titles and first and last page numbers, and all authors' names. The completed IEEE Copyright Form A CD containing the text portion of the paper and the figures. A short list of indexing terms (available by emailing keywords@ieee.org) All papers must be sent to the BTS Editorial Office at: IEEE Transactions on Broadcasting c/o BT Editorial Office 445 Hoes Lane Piscataway, NJ 08854 USA E-MAIL SUBMISSION OPTION The BTS Editorial Office also accepts e-mailed submissions to the IEEE Transactions on Broadcasting. Manuscripts should be sent as an attachment in either MS Word using the MS DOS operating system or as a PDF document.
