Authors of articles are required to pay a fair handling fee for processing their articles $1500 per manuscript if they wrote it in Latex and $1700 if the paper has been written in other format. Also, this journal offers authors the option of making their article freely available to all via the Journal web site. The fee of $1,850 excludes taxes and other potential author fees. However, there are no submission charges. Authors are required to make payment ONLY after their manuscript have been accepted for publication. Handling fee for is mandatory before we start in publication processes. Waivers may be available for certain authors, for example, from low GDP countries or those who, for other reasons, do not have access to funds to cover the fee.
