vasp安裝

本人菜鳥，想在虛擬機中安裝vasp4.6 剛開始用ubuntu12.04的 但是很多問題pgf90安裝不成功 貌似發(fā)現(xiàn)glibc也沒有c@c-VirtualBox:~$ glibc -v glibc: command not found 現(xiàn)在糾結(jié)中 請問各位大俠 能給我點意見嗎 我是否該放棄用ubuntu 換個什么呢 救我啊 要瘋了 感激~~ |

謝謝啊 大俠 因為我對這個不了解 所以比較混亂 pgi的編譯器沒裝好，說是運行makelocalrc 完善安裝 運行過程中c@c-VirtualBox:~$ pgf90 pgf90-Error-Please run makelocalrc to complete your installation c@c-VirtualBox:~$ makelocalrc Usage: /opt/pgi/linux86/12.8/bin/makelocalrc [installdir] [switches]... installdir the directory where the PGI compilers are installed -d outdir directory to put localrc; default is installdir -n show the install information, do not write a localrc file -o create the localrc file and write to stdout -x write the localrc file and place in outputdir -l lic flexlm license file to add to localrc -gcc gcc gcc command name; default is gcc -g++ g++ g++ command name; default is g++ -g77 g77 g77 command name; default is g77 -net locdir perform network install with named local directory Example: /opt/pgi/linux86/12.8/bin/makelocalrc -x /usr/pgi/linux86/7.0 c@c-VirtualBox:~$ /opt/pgi/linux86/12.8/bin/makelocalrc -x /opt/pgi/linux86/12.8 ERROR: Linker : not found 出現(xiàn)這個錯誤 c@c-VirtualBox:~$ glibc -v glibc: command not found 各種亂 說實話我對計算機懂得太少了 請高手指點我 謝謝 |

誒，pgi沒裝過 ，不知道。 這里給你搜索了一下intel的。 編譯器11.1下載http://www.gaoyang168.com/bbs/viewthread.php?tid=1546318 或者http://www.gaoyang168.com/bbs/viewthread.php?tid=4447259這個的二樓有方法。 這個是vasp4.6 的http://www.gaoyang168.com/bbs/viewthread.php?tid=2956358 里面也講到了intel編譯器。 這里面有一點，如果你是64位系統(tǒng)， 打開.bashrc文件在最后面加以下幾行 # intel compiler source /opt/intel/Compiler/11.1/059/bin/ifortvars.sh ia32 這里的ia32記得改為intel64. |
