| I am most honoured with yoyur application for a post doc position in our laboratory. You also have the right classification and the right skills with regard to the research that we are currently performing in our lab. We have a small research group on the topic of the impact of chemical stressaors on biodiversity, with current reseach topics including metal bioavailability, mixture toxicity, and fate and effects of nanoparticles. At the moment, 6 PhD students are working on these topics and we certainly would like to add a post doc position to the group. As usal, the basic question is how to fund a post doc position. We currently have no projects open that allow fo hiring a post doc student. This means that we need to look for additional funding. Do you have any ideas on this? Our last post doc student was funded by a scholarship provided by NUFFIC, but I am not sure whether this is still an option. Perhaps you have other means of gettuing funded? |
