| 眾所周知IBV易發(fā)生變異,變異株不斷出現(xiàn),使得現(xiàn)有的疫苗不能很好的控制該病,所以從現(xiàn)地分離株中致弱病毒是大勢所趨。本文主要探討一下病毒的變異機制及IBV致弱方法研究,為更好地防治該病奠定基礎。IBV的變異機制主要是點突變、同源重組及免疫壓力。這些變異可以引起毒株抗原變異和毒力變異,因此利用IBV的這些變異特性可以使病毒得以致弱。IBV的致弱方法主要有自然環(huán)境條件下的致弱和人工環(huán)境條件下的致弱以及分子生物學水平致弱。特別是利用現(xiàn)代分子生物學手段和反向遺傳技術可以制備更安全、廣譜、有效的弱毒疫苗,以克服傳統(tǒng)弱毒疫苗的缺點。 |

| As is known to all IBV easy change, mutant appear constantly, making the current vaccine cannot very good control of the disease, so from separation of trees in attenuated virus is the trend of The Times. This article mainly discusses the virus variation mechanism and IBV attenuated method study, for the prevention and control of the disease better lay the foundation. The variation of IBV mechanism is mainly point mutation, homologous recombination and immune pressure. These mutations can cause strain antigen variation and virulence variation, so use of IBV these variation characteristics can make the virus have so that weak. IBV of attenuated method mainly have the natural environment conditions of attenuated and artificial environment conditions cause of the weak and the level of molecular biology attenuated. Especially the application of modern molecular biology method and reverse genetic technology can be preparation more security, broad spectrum and effective attenuated vaccine, in order to overcome the shortcomings of traditional attenuated vaccine. |
