高暴露地區(qū)母嬰血液中多溴聯(lián)苯醚代謝產(chǎn)物及潛在風(fēng)險研究 基本信息 批準(zhǔn)號20807003 項目名稱高暴露地區(qū)母嬰血液中多溴聯(lián)苯醚代謝產(chǎn)物及潛在風(fēng)險研究 項目類別青年科學(xué)基金項目 申請代碼B070704 項目負(fù)責(zé)人邱興華 負(fù)責(zé)人職稱研究員 依托單位北京大學(xué) 研究期限2009-01-01 到 2011-12-31 資助經(jīng)費20.0000(萬元) 項目摘要 中文摘要 環(huán)境污染物暴露是影響人體健康的重要因素,而建立污染物暴露與健康效應(yīng)的聯(lián)系是控制污染物排放以保護(hù)人體健康的理論依據(jù)。本研究一方面選擇典型的污染區(qū)域(電子垃圾拆解場),篩選典型的污染物并評價其健康效應(yīng)。研究發(fā)現(xiàn)電子垃圾場地區(qū)人體血液中電子垃圾相關(guān)的持久性有機(jī)污染物如PCBs、低溴代PBDEs、BB-153、Dechlorane Plus等均顯著高于對照地區(qū),是后者的2-8倍。與此相應(yīng)的是,電子垃圾場地區(qū)人體遺傳損傷顯著高于對照地區(qū),體內(nèi)氧化應(yīng)激、免疫功能等由污染物導(dǎo)致的健康效應(yīng)均顯示該地區(qū)人群具有更高的健康風(fēng)險包括腫瘤風(fēng)險。另外一方面以健康效應(yīng)(神經(jīng)管畸形)為出發(fā)點,研究持久性有機(jī)污染物暴露的與神經(jīng)管畸形發(fā)生的關(guān)系,發(fā)現(xiàn)當(dāng)暴露于較高濃度PAHs等污染物時,胎兒發(fā)生神經(jīng)管畸形的風(fēng)險增加并具有顯著的劑量-反應(yīng)關(guān)系。本研究表明,污染物尤其是持久性有機(jī)污染物暴露對人體健康有重要影響;進(jìn)一步的分子水平的機(jī)理研究將有利于揭示污染物暴露的健康效應(yīng)機(jī)制。 中文主題詞電子垃圾拆解場,持久性有機(jī)污染物,健康效應(yīng),腫瘤風(fēng)險,神經(jīng)管畸形 英文摘要 Human's exposure to environmental pollutants and the consequent health effects are important scientific issues. In this project we chose electronic-waste (e-waste) recycling site as typical polluted region and measured persistent organic pollutants in human blood to explore their health effects. We found that e-waste related pollutants, inlcuding PCBs, lower brominated PBDEs, BB-153, and Dechlorane Plus in blood samples from people working or living in the e-waste site were 2-8 folds higher than in those from a control region. Correspondingly, biomarkers of health effects, including geneic damage, oxidative stress, immune function, and so on, all insinuated a higher health risk especially the risk of tumour for people working or living in the e-waste site. On the other hand, we explored the risk factors of a certain health outcome, i.e., neural tube defects, by measuring persistent organic pollutants including PBDEs, PCBs, PAHs, and pesticides in placentas as indicator of fetus/infant prenatal exposure. We found that when exposed to higher levels of PAHs and some pesticides, the risk of neural tube defects significantly increased with dose-response relationship. These studies provided a preliminary view on the relationship between exposure to pollutants and the health effects, and further research on molecular level is warranted to reveal the mechanism of health effects caused by pollutants. 英文主題詞e-waste recycling site,persistent organic pollutants, health effects, risk of tumour, neural tube defects |
