SCI收錄號問題

本人現在急用這篇文章的《Plant regeneration system from cotyledons-derived calluses cultures of Stylosanthes guianensis cv. ‘Reyan 2’》和《Genetic relationships of bermudagrass (Cynodon dactylon var. dactylon) from different countries revealed by sequence-related amplified polymorphism (SRAP) analysis》收錄號,發(fā)表在African Journal of Biotechnology雜志上,因今年不是SCIE收錄了,不知道去年有沒有收錄號。謝謝了。作者Zhiyong Wang |

'Reyan 2' as explants. In this study, the following results were obtained; (1) the highest rates of callus induction on medium MS with 3.0 mg L(-1) 2, 4-D with cotyledons as explants were 74%. The above medium of formulation was adopted for subculture; (2) the highest rates of callus differentiation medium MS with 3.0 mg L(-1) 6-BA with cotyledons as explants was 66%; (3) the optimum medium of shoot growth was MS medium plus 1.0 mg L(-1) 6-BA, 0.5 mg L(-1) NAA and 0.4 mg L(-1) GA; (4) the rooting rate was 60% on optimum rooting medium with 0.2 mg L(-1) NAA; (5) the survival rate of plant transplanting was 70% after transferred to pots with garden soil. In conclusion, the efficient plant regeneration system developed here will be helpful for rapid micropropagation and further genetic improvement in S. guianensis Sw. cv. Pers.] germplasm is genetically diverse and widely distributed between 45 degrees N and 45 degrees S latitudes in the world. This study was conducted to assess genetic variation and relatedness of 33 Chinese accessions of common bermudagrass (C. dactylon var. dactylon) and 22 cultivars developed in China, Australia and the USA by sequence-related amplified polymorphism (SRAP) markers. 30 primer combinations generated a total of 274 clearly scorable bands encompassing 268 that were polymorphic. Percentage of polymorphic loci (PPL) for the domestic and introduced accessions was 93 and 83%, respectively. Cluster analysis by unweighted pair-group method with arithmetic averages (UPGMA) based on the polymorphic markers indicated three distinct clusters. Genetic similarity coefficient (GSC) among the genotypes ranged from 0.57 to 0.97. Genetic diversity estimate, He, for the domestic and introduced accessions were 0.26 and 0.24, respectively.
