| 因IBV病毒基因組RNA聚合酶缺乏校正功能和其特有的復(fù)制方式,導(dǎo)致IBV易發(fā)生變異,新的變異株不斷出現(xiàn),使得現(xiàn)有的疫苗難以完全滿(mǎn)足防治需要,因此應(yīng)根據(jù)不同毒株的流行特點(diǎn)研究新的疫苗毒。本文對(duì)IBV病毒的變異機(jī)制及致弱方法研究做一簡(jiǎn)單介紹,為更好地防治該病奠定基礎(chǔ)。IBV的變異機(jī)制主要是點(diǎn)突變、同源重組和免疫壓力。這些變異可以引起毒株抗原變異和毒力變異,因此利用IBV的這些變異特性可以使病毒得以致弱。IBV的致弱方法主要有生物學(xué)方法和基因工程方法致弱病毒。特別是利用現(xiàn)代分子生物學(xué)手段和反向遺傳技術(shù)可以制備更安全、廣譜、有效的弱毒疫苗,以克服傳統(tǒng)弱毒疫苗的缺點(diǎn)。 |

| Because of IBV viral genome RNA polymerase lack of correction function and its unique copy mode, causing IBV easy change, the new variant appear constantly, making the current vaccine is difficult to fully satisfy the control need, therefore should be based on different strain the popular characteristic research new vaccine poison. In this paper, the IBV virus variation mechanism and attenuated method to do a simple introduction, for the prevention and control of the disease better lay the foundation. The variation of IBV mechanism is mainly point mutation, homologous recombination and immune pressure. These mutations can cause strain antigen variation and virulence variation, so use of IBV these variation characteristics can make the virus have so that weak. The main methods of IBV attenuated has a biological method and the gene engineering method attenuated virus. Especially the application of modern molecular biology method and reverse genetic technology can be preparation more security, broad spectrum and effective attenuated vaccine, in order to overcome the shortcomings of traditional attenuated vaccine. |
