獵頭職位 某大型植保種子公司世界500強 QA Lab Supervisor
|
KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES: To perform, manage and supervise the tests with high efficiency, cost effective manner and provide reliable results in time so as to support the production, sales, SS / FS. To facilitate the internal and WW ring tests so as to improve the capability and efficiency of the SH Lab Schedule and conclude visits to seed production area to support disease free and targeted quality seed production. Manage and supervise the laboratory tests in accordance with QA policies to maintain a high quality and the requested quantity of lab output. 1)General Work Related Duties Co-ordination • With FS/SS, Production and Operations for getting samples and conveying the results to SAP • With WW coordinator for ring tests and supporting for WW “where to Test” programme • With internal customer like Operations, SS, FS, Production and R & D to facilitate the tests. Quality Assurance • Perform routine testing. Organize and prioritize tests by scheduling daily work load • Ensure reliability and reproducibility of the tests performed. • Provide current information and follow-up related to complaints • Participate in WW harmonization activities and follows-up on discrepancies according to instructions from the WW coordinator • Maintains inventory and purchase of lab supplies • Monitors functioning and maintenance of equipment • Assist with Special Investigations for internal customers • Implement new technology as and when needed. • Provide WW testing support • Organize and take part in timely QA crop inspections of fields during critical stage according to the crops. Submit filed inspection report. • Organizes and reports internal ring tests to evaluate and improve reproducibility of tests • Arrange “where to test” supporting information and arrange to ship samples to appropriate testing destination. 2) Environment, Health and Safety . Carry out Phase I, II, and III company based ESH roll out; Lockout/Tag out, Confined space (lab), Fall protection /elevated work, Hazard recognition/Safety inspection, PPE, Incident Investigation, Emergency Action Plan, Worker protection standard, General electrical safety, Farm and green house equipment safety 3) People Development • Help to develop and implement the training matrix, identify training needs and develop training calendar and track results. • Help in formulating goal documents • Coaching and monitoring team members on technical skills and behavioral skills. 4) Miscellaneous responsibilities Prepare and control Budget and Capex related to laboratory 有意者發(fā)簡歷至Ryan.Wang@shiningcareer.com.cn |
