3. All workplace and equipment throughout the site are clean and well-organized, with only necessary parts and materials kept on the shop floor in clearly defined and marked positions. Workplaces and equipment should be conspicuously clean and tidy, free of clutter, and well organized (based on site tour) Good visual management requires simple work places so that problems and difficulties are quickly apparent. This can be achieved by only holding items close to the workplace that will be needed on a frequent basis. All items that are required to be kept in the workplace should have marked and designated storage areas, such as shadow boards. 6. All process and packaging materials are readily accessible to production operators Workplace must be designed so that travel time and delays to operators are minimized. Planning should ensure material is available when required and temporary storage locations should be at, or near ,the point of use. |

3.所有的車間和設備都應該干凈有條理，車間地板上只有必要的零件和材料放置在清晰定義和標志的位置。 車間和設備應該非常的干凈和整潔，不雜亂，組織有序。 好的可視化管理需要簡潔的車間這樣才能使問題和困難很快的被發(fā)現(xiàn)。這個只有通過將頻繁使用的物品放置在離車間近的地方才能實現(xiàn)。 車間里的所有物品都應該有一個被標志的指定存儲位置，例如投影工具版 6.所有的加工和包裝材料應放置在離工作人員近的地方。 車間必須設計的使工作人員的行程時間和延遲降低到最小。規(guī)劃應該保證材料在被需要的時候應該是可得到的，臨時的存儲地點應該在或者是接近其被使用的地方。 |
