11. Satellite storerooms are managed within the primary parts warehouse system. “squirrel” stores in work area and maintenance shops are not permitted The biggest benefit of satellite stores is the reduction of times spent in locating and obtaining parts from a centralized storeroom. Satellite stores should be used to stock only frequently used 12.All storeroom areas are clean and well organized with parts and their locations clearly identified. Storerooms should be well organized. Parts and locations should be readily accessible and “housekeeping” in all areas maintained to a high standard of cleanliness and appearance. There should be no parts, including repair items, stored in “unofficial” locations that are not properly designed for storage. Redundant and scrap parts should be removed from the storeroom immediately |

11.在倉庫系統(tǒng)的主要區(qū)域，采用衛(wèi)星式的存儲方式進行管理。在工作區(qū)域和維護區(qū)域式不允許進行“松鼠式”存儲。 衛(wèi)星存儲倉庫的最大好處在于減少了在中心倉庫中安放和拿取零部件的時間。衛(wèi)星式倉庫應該主要用來存儲經(jīng)常要用到的零部件。 12.所有存儲區(qū)域中的零部件要干凈、擺放有序，并且它們的安放位置要明確。 衛(wèi)星倉庫應該被很好的組織起來。零部件和擺放區(qū)域應該是合宜的，而且所有區(qū)域的“家政式”服務對于清潔度和外觀要保持高標準。 衛(wèi)星倉庫區(qū)域內應該沒有其他的功能區(qū)，包括修理區(qū)和非正式安放區(qū)在內的設計都是不合理的。多余的和瑣碎的零部件應該及時的從這個倉庫中移出。 |
