[求助]
投稿Journal of Bioactive and Compatible Polymers，接收后編輯部再次要求修改

年初投稿，期間發(fā)回大修一次，修回后3個(gè)月直接接收，3天后編輯部再次發(fā)郵件要求修改，但是很多問題是大修時(shí)提過的，比如前言原來比較少，后來增加了部分內(nèi)容，但是這次意見提示內(nèi)容太多了，還有關(guān)于課題的創(chuàng)新性以及實(shí)驗(yàn)設(shè)計(jì)部分這個(gè)已經(jīng)沒法再改了，所以不知道怎么改了？難道是編輯部要反悔？好不容易中的一篇文章，請(qǐng)高人指點(diǎn)迷津，不勝感激�。�！ （該雜志是直接通過郵件投稿了，沒有提交系統(tǒng)。中間有個(gè)小插曲，因?yàn)樾藁睾笠恢睕]有發(fā)郵件提示已收到，但是投稿時(shí)3天后會(huì)回信收到，所以在中間曾2次發(fā)郵件提醒確認(rèn)是否收到，理由是文件較大，擔(dān)心郵件沒有傳送成功，這個(gè)按理不會(huì)讓編輯部反感吧） 附上兩次郵件 2012-10-16收到 BIOACTIVE AND COMPATIBLE POLYMERS Dear Dr. xx; Your manuscript entitled “xx” reports a simple modification on xx with little novelty. You need to emphasize how your work is enhancing our knowledge of this vigorous field. Currently, this and other necessary information is missing. The text is full of redundant and pointless information. For example, very basic unnecessary information can be seen in the introduction (1088 words). The design of the study has some technical problems and data lack necessary information. It requires the work of someone well versed in the field and English. Breif and direct presentation of new experimental facts are required. We are not able to process this manuscript for publication until these concerns are thoroughly addressed. The authors must recheck the manuscript as it does not seem that all of the remarks by the original reviewers have been appropriately addressed. Editor 2012-10-13收到 Dear Dr. xx; Your revised paper: xx has been received and is being scheduled for the February, 2013 Issue. An edited copy of your paper will be sent to you in about two months for your approval. We will then send it to the publisher and it will be posted on FIRST ONLINE after your paper has been proofed. 希望是搞錯(cuò)的呢，但是看寫的還挺像回事的，作者和題目沒弄錯(cuò)，尤其是文中提到的（前言1088字）是我修改后的字?jǐn)?shù)，按理是沒錯(cuò)的，有沒有人碰到過這種問題？真心請(qǐng)教，希望高人能否給個(gè)模板這樣子應(yīng)該怎么溝通，謝謝了 （還有個(gè)細(xì)節(jié)，由于我中間發(fā)過幾次郵件詢問修回結(jié)果，對(duì)方后來是發(fā)了兩次確認(rèn)接收信息的郵件，其中后一次還附了一個(gè)道歉，表示是由于審稿者的原因?qū)е聲r(shí)間延長，所以我當(dāng)時(shí)還竊喜應(yīng)該沒問題了，結(jié)果樂極生悲...） |

求大家?guī)兔υ倏纯淳庉嫴炕貜?fù)啥意思，我該怎么辦啊？ 前兩天根據(jù)大家的意見我向編輯部發(fā)了郵件詢問，同時(shí)附上了前面的兩份郵件，對(duì)方馬上給我回信了，如下： Dear Dr. xx; We understand your confusion. Your paper was accepted for its scientific merit based on the reviewers comments. However, We do not think that you would be served well by publishing your paper in its current state. When the paper was passed on to the Journal editorial section they found that the presentation as described below would required extensive attention before it could be published and so ask that you bring your paper up tp standard or if you insist then you will be charged $35 an hour beyond our 2 hours of time allotted to bring a paper up to our publishable standards. 下面部分內(nèi)容同原來郵件。 高人們看看這是啥意思？我看了后直覺就是懷疑是不是向我們要修改論文的費(fèi)用��？可是沒表明具體要修改多少時(shí)間？我們課題組商量了下還是按他要求再修改下論文發(fā)過去，同時(shí)告訴他如果還不行請(qǐng)他修改，告訴我們大概需要多少錢，大家看這樣行不行？有沒有人遇到過這樣的事情��？ （貌似這個(gè)主編還是有知名度的，怎么會(huì)這樣） |
