西班牙足球職業(yè)化改革與發(fā)展研究 摘要：通過文獻(xiàn)資料法、定性分析法和邏輯分析法對(duì)西班牙足球的組織與結(jié)構(gòu)、改革與發(fā)展進(jìn)行了歸納與總結(jié)。對(duì)西班牙足球發(fā)展的法律環(huán)境、西班牙足球的組織與結(jié)構(gòu)、西班牙足球的競賽體系、職業(yè)足球俱樂部財(cái)政狀況等問題進(jìn)行了歸納描述和深入剖析。研究發(fā)現(xiàn)：西班牙足球的職業(yè)化改革源于俱樂部的財(cái)政危機(jī)，1990年新體育法的通過為足球俱樂部的股份制改造提供了法律依據(jù)；職業(yè)足球聯(lián)盟是聯(lián)賽的實(shí)際管理方，它與西班牙足協(xié)分工明確、權(quán)責(zé)清晰；西班牙足球俱樂部的改制并不徹底，市場與政府模式共存；俱樂部的財(cái)政狀況普遍不佳，西班牙足球的發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略導(dǎo)向及聯(lián)賽利益分配模式是導(dǎo)致這一狀況的主要原因。 關(guān)鍵詞：西班牙；足球；發(fā)展；研究 |

The Professional Reform and Development Research of Spanish Football Abstract: The organization structure, reform and development were summarized of the Spanish football through literature, qualitative analysis and logical analysis. The organization and structure of the legal environment for the development of Spanish football, competition system, professional football clubs financial situation and other issues were summarized to description and in-depth analysis. The study found that: the reform of the Spanish football career come from the club's financial crisis, the new sports law was provided a legal basis for the football club's joint-stock reform in 1990. Professional Football League is the actual management of the league and it is a clear division of labor with the Spanish Football Federation. The restructuring of Spanish football club is not complete and the mode of market and government is coexistence. The club's financial position is generally poor, the main reason was the Spanish football development strategic orientation and the league interests allocation model led to this situation.
