以下為昨天剛收到的materials letters 審稿意見(jiàn)，小蟲(chóng)是第一次發(fā)文章，有很多問(wèn)題不明白啊。 Dear Prof. Dr. zhang, The reviewer(s) and editor have evaluated your manuscript "Blue and Green Photoluminescence Graphene Quantum Dots Synthesized from Carbon Fibers" (Prof. Dr. yafei zhang).
