Tarnished or reduced-oxide surfaces are usually not encountered on nickel-chromium or Ni-Fe-Cr alloys. These alloys can only be bright annealed in very dry hydrogen or in a vacuum. Oxides formed on their surfaces in other atmospheres do not undergo complete reduction. Oxide or scale is the usual surface pickled on nickel-chromium and Ni-Fe-Cr alloys. Pretreating in a fused-salt bath is strongly recommended to facilitate pickling of oxidized or scaled surfaces. However, if the metal has been properly heated and cooled, it will usually have a surface suitable for direct pickling in Formula 3. If a fused-salt bath is used for pretreating, the following procedure should be used for pickling nickel-chromium and Ni-Fe-Cr alloys: Treat in fused-salt bath. • Quench in and spray with water. • Immerse in Formula 4. • Withdraw from bath and rinse with water. • Immerse in Formula 1. • Withdraw from bath and rinse with water. • Pickle in Formula 3 as required. |

鎳鉻合金及Ni-Fe-C合金常常不會出現(xiàn)生銹的或氧化還原的表面。這些合金只有在干燥氫氣中或真空中環(huán)境下進(jìn)行光亮退火。在其他環(huán)境下，表面因不能完全的還原而生成氧化物。氧化物和垢是這兩種合金通常的浸蝕產(chǎn)物。為促使生成氧化物和垢表面的浸蝕產(chǎn)物，在熔鹽浴中的預(yù)處理是強(qiáng)力推薦的。不管怎樣，如果合金是經(jīng)過了恰當(dāng)?shù)臒崤c冷卻過程，在配方3中，它的表面將適合直接的浸漬。如果運(yùn)用了熔鹽浴進(jìn)行了預(yù)處理，鎳鉻合金及Ni-Fe-C合金應(yīng)用下面的過程進(jìn)行浸蝕： 熔鹽浴中處理。 • 用水噴射，冷卻。（淬火） • 沉浸到配方4料中。 • 從盆中取出并用水漂凈。 • 沉浸到配方1料中。 • 從盆中取出并用水漂凈。 • 按要求用配方3料進(jìn)行浸蝕。 |
