| 胃癌是消化系統(tǒng)最常見的惡性腫瘤，傳統(tǒng)的手術(shù)治療和化療預(yù)后較差。靶向治療是近年來腫瘤治療領(lǐng)域中的研究熱點。此文簡要介紹了幾種易與胃癌細胞表面高表達抗原相結(jié)合的單抗及其靶向機理、抗體介導(dǎo)的靶向載藥系統(tǒng)，分析并比較了抗體靶向與非靶向納米粒的作用。最后介紹了抗體及其靶向藥物在臨床研究中的應(yīng)用，并提出尚需解決的幾點問題。 |

| Gastric cancer is the most common digestive system malignant tumor, the traditional surgery and chemotherapy with poor prognosis. Targeting therapy is the treatment of tumors in recent years in the field of research hot spot. This article briefly introduces several easy and gastric cancer cell surface antigen high expression of the combination of single resistance and targeted mechanism, antibody mediated targeted drug delivery system load, this paper analyzed and compared the antibody targeting and not targeted nanoparticles role. At last, the paper introduced the antibody and targeted drugs in the clinical application of research, and puts forward some problems to be solved. |
