Process/Project Engineer Reports to: Process Engineering Manager Responsibilities: 1. Work closely with process chemists and control engineers to ensure the process plant is set up to suit the product range and the process technologies involved, taking environmental and economic aspects into account. 2. Establish scale up processes including appropriate changes to equipment design and configuration. 3. Assessment of options for plant expansion or revamp by developing and testing process simulation models. 4. Preparation of process flow diagrams, process and instrumentation diagrams (P&ID), and basis of design process scope documents. Carry out process engineering calculations. 5. Preparation of process equipment specification and data sheets. Size and select equipment, materials, and process systems. 6. Interface with other internal engineering disciplines (mechanical, electrical, instrumentation, automation, etc.) to ensure a coordinated design and complete engineering deliverables. 7. Assist in the preparation of capital project proposals. 8. Check vendor drawings to ensure design accuracy and compliance with specifications. 主要職責(zé)： 1 與工藝開(kāi)發(fā)人員和控制工程師密切合作，合理設(shè)置工廠設(shè)施，滿(mǎn)足工藝技術(shù)的要求，并符合環(huán)保和經(jīng)濟(jì)要求； 2 建立工藝過(guò)程的放大程序，包括合適的設(shè)備改造方案和配置。 3 建立工藝模擬模型從技術(shù)層面考察和評(píng)估工廠改造、擴(kuò)建和新建方案。 4 根據(jù)工藝要求，制備工藝流程圖（PFD）,帶控制點(diǎn)的工藝管道儀表流程圖（P&I.D），提供工藝設(shè)計(jì)基礎(chǔ)，并進(jìn)行必要的工藝計(jì)算。 5 根據(jù)工藝進(jìn)行工藝設(shè)備選型及流程設(shè)計(jì)，準(zhǔn)備設(shè)備設(shè)計(jì)規(guī)格說(shuō)明書(shū)。 6 協(xié)助其他工程師（機(jī)械工程師、儀表工程師、電器工程師等）完成整個(gè)工藝包的設(shè)計(jì)，確保符合一致的設(shè)計(jì)要求。 7 協(xié)助準(zhǔn)備項(xiàng)目建議書(shū)及可行性研究報(bào)告。 8 審查供應(yīng)商的設(shè)計(jì)圖紙，確保符合工藝要求和相關(guān)的設(shè)計(jì)規(guī)范。 Qualifications: 1. Master of Engineering degree in Chemical Engineering. 2. Minimum three years of experience in petroleum refining, chemical or industrial process operation and design. 3. Fluent user of AutoCAD. 4. Possessing good interpersonal and communication skills; 5. Experience in project management; 6. Strong Team player. Extra Requirements & Other: 1. Good command of written and spoken English. 2. Process simulation experience with Aspen-plus/ChemCAD or other software is a plus. 3. Excellent computer skills in Microsoft Suite is a plus. |
