1、The parties will mutually agree on any press releases or other publicity related to the services performed under Agreement. 雙方應(yīng)當相互同意此協(xié)議下進行的任何新聞發(fā)布或其他相關(guān)的公眾宣傳。 2、Proprietary Data Unless otherwise required by law, the Parties will exercise reasonable effort to maintain in confidence proprietary or trade-secret information disclosed or submitted to one party (“Discloser”) to the other party (“Recipient”) that is designated in writing as confidential information at the time of disclosure ("Confidential Information"  . Confidential Information does not include information which: A、is generally available in the public domain or becomes available to the public through no act of the Recipient; or B、is independently known prior to receipt thereof or is discovered independently by an employee of the Recipient who had no access to the information supplied by Discloser under this Agreement; or C、is made available to the Recipient as a matter of lawful right by a third party. |

不許偷懶，要自己翻譯 那個抬頭的長句昨天已經(jīng)跟你解釋了，基本上都翻譯出來了，而且那個to有點問題。 粗粗看了一下，我跟你大體解釋下下面三條，不一定正確，但是應(yīng)該差不多。 1.本來就是公知信息，有什么好保密的？ 2.人家本來就根本在沒有透露的情況自己獨立搞出來的，那我有什么保密義務(wù)？ 3.有第三方根據(jù)合法的權(quán)利知道這些信息。 大概是這些意思，你自己試試看吧，如果法律的都能翻譯下來，那基本上所有的英譯中，除了特別專業(yè)的技術(shù)性文章，基本上都是無視了。法律的句子本來就是又長又臭，人家才有回旋和做文章的余地嘛，呵呵 |
