[求助] 如何求兩列數(shù)據(jù)的相關(guān)性

現(xiàn)有兩列數(shù)據(jù)，分別在origin中進(jìn)行了歸一化處理，然后需要求其兩組歸一化數(shù)據(jù)的相關(guān)性，請問是用origin如何處理，如果origin處理不了，需要用什么什么相關(guān)軟件。
We used this property to test for dependent
or segregated staining. In practice, we set up a
five column spreadsheet (Origin; Microcal).
We inserted the paired pixel staining intensity
values for dye A and B from our ROIs into the
first pair of columns. A scatterplot of the raw
pixel values was used to test for any obvious
data limitations requiring correction by adjustment
of the threshold (lowest value of the distribution).
The A and B staining intensity columns
were then normalized to a 0–1.0 range in
the third and fourth columns, and the arithmetic
means of each column (a, b) were determined. A scatterplot of the normalized A versus B staining intensities
provides the first clues to their staining relationship (Fig. 1B, left panel).
The (Aia)(Bib) relationship was calculated for each pixel in the fifth
column. ICA plots were then generated for each variable against its (Ai
a)(Bi b) value (Fig. 1B, center, right panels).
