| 【摘要】 錫酸鈉工藝生產(chǎn)過程中，因長(zhǎng)期累積，造成母液中含砷量嚴(yán)重富集，致使在母液循環(huán)使用中造成產(chǎn)品中含砷量超標(biāo)。本文采用納米MnO2對(duì)二次結(jié)晶后錫酸鈉母液進(jìn)行吸附，降低母液中含砷量，以達(dá)到循環(huán)使用。本文重點(diǎn)探討母液與吸附劑的液固比、溫度、時(shí)間、OH-濃度等因素對(duì)降低母液中含砷量的影響。結(jié)果表明，納米MnO2對(duì)降低母液中含砷量達(dá)到了良好的效果。 |

Abstract： During the producing process of tin sodium, serious arsenic enrichment occured in the mother liquor due to the long-term accumulation, resulting in excessive arsenic products during the circulation use of the mother liquor. In this paper, the stannate after secondary crystallization was absorbed by using nano-MnO2 in the mother liquor, which reduced the arsenic content of the mother liquor and could be used for recycling. This paper mainly deals with the factors of liquid-solid ratio of mother liquor with the adsorbent, temperature, time and OH-concentration to reduce the arsenic content in the mother liquor. It has been shown that the nano-MnO2 is of great effect for reducing the amount of arsenic in mother liquor. 供參考。 |
