親，你可以在EES的主頁上的右邊欄上點Author declaration，然后就會直接下載一個word版本的author declaration，而 A template for the covering letter will be found at the end of this document：順便給你復(fù)制了一個，因為好還不會用附件啊

你給我復(fù)制的是不是就是cover letter？我還想問一下cover letter不是寫給主編還有推薦審稿人的嗎？是不是雜志部一樣，cover letter也不一樣？我還要不要推薦審稿人？

每個數(shù)據(jù)是單獨的一個word, author declaration要簽上所有作者的英文名字不是cover letter
