Senior Research Engineer / Research Engineer (Ref. CML030) Duties The appointee will conduct R&D work on lithium ion battery technology. Requirements A Master or Ph.D. Degree in Materials Science, Chemistry or related fields with experience in any one of the following research areas: Synthesis and characterization of anode/cathode materials/nanomaterials for lithium ion batteries; Materials design and optimization for lithium ion batteries; Lithium ion battery devices fabrication; Battery performance characterization of lithium ion battery devices and reliability study. Salary and Benefits Salary will be commensurate with qualifications and experience. Medical and dental benefits as well as annual leave will be provided. Appointment will be offered on a 1-year contract, renewable subject to mutual agreement and performance.
