The union of the Max Delbr??ck Center for Molecular Medicine and the Charit??, the university clinic of Berlin??s Humboldt University and Free University, will help attract top clinicians, researchers, and medical students to Berlin, says the city??s mayor, Klaus Wowereit. BIH bends some of the strict German rules about what types of research organizations the federal government can fund. Universities are primarily funded by the Länder (states). In this case, however, the federal government will provide 90% of the ?300 million budgeted for BIH between 2013 and 2018. The privately financed Charit?? Foundation has promised an additional ?40 million over 10 years. 1.原文第一句其實(shí)并沒(méi)有點(diǎn)出合并的是那倆家研究所，我開始直接翻譯過(guò)來(lái)之后發(fā)現(xiàn)，似乎有點(diǎn)不符合漢語(yǔ)的習(xí)慣，讀起來(lái)有點(diǎn)怪怪的，所以才弄成現(xiàn)在的樣子。先交代背景，再說(shuō)正文； 2.BIH bends some of the strict German rules...。bend有不情愿遵守的意思，但似乎原文也沒(méi)有寫什么原因，所以也是感覺(jué)怪怪的用這個(gè)詞； 3.德國(guó)，美國(guó)等對(duì)教育的投資分別占GDP的4.5%和5.5%。而我們只有3%，再考慮到官方數(shù)據(jù)的水份和資金實(shí)際利用效率，可能就大打折扣了。 |
