石墨烯和氧化鋅的復(fù)合的合成與制備及對(duì)有機(jī)溶劑的光催化降解

The nano-sized zinc oxide–graphene oxide (ZnO–GO) hybrid has been prepared by using GO dispersed in the ethanol as carrier, zincacetatedihydrateandlithiumhydroxide monohydrate as reactant. Thenthe nano-sized hybrid material of ZnO–graphene (ZnO–G) is obtained by thermallytreatingZnO–GOat different temperatures. The samples are characterized by using scanning and transmission electronmicroscopy, X-ray diffraction,X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy, Raman, electron absorption and photo-luminescence emission spectroscopy. Th results reveal that both sides of the graphene sheets are coatedwith ZnO particles, and that the lattice constants and the band gap energy of ZnO have been changedcompared with the pure nano-sized ZnO particles. The photodegradation of methylene blue (MB) hasbeen investigated in the presence of hybrid materials. It is foundthat ZnO–G prepared at 200◦C con-taining 2.5% graphene exhibits the highest activity which is three times as large as that of pure ZnO. Theoptimum ZnO–G catalyst still retains the 80% of the initial activity still after it has been used 5 timesrepeatedly, and exhibits larger rate for MB degradation than pure ZnO in each recycled time. 本文主要講解了石墨烯與氧化鋅復(fù)合后對(duì)光催化性能的影響。文中指出氧化鋅的光催化活性受煅燒溫度和石墨濃度的影響。 |
