| 摘要：利用層接層自組裝技術(shù)，以具有抗菌性質(zhì)的A與B為構(gòu)筑單元制備了一種新型抗菌納米復(fù)合膜。研究了薄膜的電化學(xué)、熱穩(wěn)定性及抗菌性能，并通過掃描電鏡對其表面形貌進(jìn)行了研究。研究結(jié)果表明：薄膜中原料B電化學(xué)性質(zhì)被保持下來，但氧化還原可逆性降低；薄膜在0℃~100℃范圍內(nèi)具有很好的熱穩(wěn)定性，同時(shí)也具有很好的殺菌性，對大腸桿菌殺菌12小時(shí)，殺菌率高達(dá)88%±1%；薄膜表面由于B或A的聚集形成少量納米級球形顆粒，但仍具有很好的透明度和光滑度。 |

Abstract: using layer-by-layer self-assembly technique, with antibacterial properties of A and B to build unit preparation a novel antibacterial nano composite membrane. Study of thin film electrochemical, heat stability and antimicrobial properties, and by scanning electron microscopy of the surface morphology were studied. Research results show that: thin film materials B electrochemical properties are preserved, but the redox reversible reduction; film at 0 ℃ ~100℃has good thermal stability, but also has good bactericidal, on Escherichia coli sterilization for 12 hours, the sterilization rate as high as 88%± 1%; film surface by B or A gathered to form a nanoscale spherical particles, but also has good transparency and smoothness. |
