摘要：通過文獻(xiàn)資料法、專家訪談法、數(shù)理統(tǒng)計法和邏輯分析法對葡萄牙足球的發(fā)展?fàn)顩r進(jìn)行了研究，研究發(fā)現(xiàn)：葡超聯(lián)賽的競爭平衡性差，少數(shù)俱樂部形成聯(lián)賽壟斷局面；形成注冊會員眾多與現(xiàn)場觀眾寥寥的悖論；葡萄牙足協(xié)與聯(lián)盟的關(guān)系緊張、爭議不斷，管理效率差；電視轉(zhuǎn)播權(quán)的單獨銷售模式造成俱樂部兩級分化，俱樂部財務(wù)狀況不佳；得益于葡萄牙語國家共同體形成的政策優(yōu)勢，葡萄牙足球后備人才的數(shù)量充足，成為歐洲足球人才的重要來源地。葡萄牙職業(yè)足球聯(lián)賽處于歐洲職業(yè)足球聯(lián)賽的第二集團，聯(lián)賽的組織、管理與經(jīng)營存在很多問題，但在巴西等足球人才庫的支持下，葡萄牙的青訓(xùn)體系比較先進(jìn)，足球后備人才的培養(yǎng)方面值得借鑒。 關(guān)鍵詞：葡萄牙；足球；發(fā)展；研究 |

abstract: Through literature review, expert interview, mathematical statistics and logical analysis of Portuguese football development progress, this study found that the Portuguese super league's competitive balance is weak. A small number of clubs form the league monopoly situation which lead to many joint but with Low rate of seat; tense relationship between the Portuguese Football Federation and the Union, controversy, poor management efficiency; separate sales of TV rights polarized the clubs and poor financial condition are all the exits problems. With the formation of the Community of Portuguese policy beneficial, the Portuguese football talents are in sufficient quantity and become an important source of European football talent. As second group of the European Professional Football League, Portuguese Professional Football League still has a lot of problems in the organization, management and operation of the league. But Portugal's youth academy system is more advanced in support of the Brazilian football pool which made its cultivation of Football Talents are worth learning.
