On consideration of the reviewers' comments I feel that the paper is unsuitable for publication in its present form, and that substantial revisions are necessary before the paper could be reconsidered for publication. I therefore feel unable to proceed with publication at this stage. However, I would like to encourage you to fully address the concerns of the reviewers and resubmit an appropriately revised manuscript and a response to the referees comments to ChemComm.
