電解錳陽極泥回收制備碳酸錳研究
The Research on Manganese Anode Slime Recycled to Produce Manganese (II) carbonate
以電解錳陽極泥為原料，分別考察了在酸性介質中和堿性介質中亞硫酸鈉與二氧化錳物質的量之比、液固比、反應時間及在酸性介質中硫酸與二氧化錳物質的量之比等對錳浸出率的影響。結果表明：在酸性介質中，最佳反應條件為：硫酸與電解錳陽極泥中二氧化錳物質的量之比1.6:1，亞硫酸鈉與電解錳陽極泥中二氧化錳物質的量之比1.4:1，液固比3:1，反應時間30min，此條件下錳的浸出率為92.6%。以酸性介質中所得的浸出液制備碳酸錳，其錳含量為46.45%，主含量達到HG/T 2836-2011Ⅰ型標準。
Electrolytic manganese Anode Slime was used as material, effects of the molar ratio of sodium sulfite and manganese dioxide, liquid-solid ratio, reaction time in the acidic medium and alkaline medium were investigated. And effects of the molar ratio of Sulfuric acid and manganese dioxide etc. in the acidic medium were investigated. The result showed the leaching rate was 92.6% under the conditions of the molar ratio of Sulfuric acid and manganese dioxide was 1.6:1, the molar ratio of sodium sulfite and manganese dioxide was 1.4:1, liquid-solid ratio was 3:1, reaction time was 30 minutes. Use lixivium in acid medium to prepare manganese carbonate with 46.45% manganese, the main content of the standard HG/T 2836-2011 I.
