收到回復(fù)信件中內(nèi)容 If you choose to resubmit your manuscript, go to http://mc.manuscriptcentral.com/app and login to your Author Center. Look for "Manuscripts with Decisions" and select "Create a Resubmission" located next to the manuscript number. Then, follow the steps for resubmitting your manuscript. If you decide to submit a revised manuscript, it is mandatory that you respond in detail to each of the comments made by the reviewer(s) in the space provided. Please ensure that your response is reflected in the main text and you should use this space to document the changes you make to the original manuscript. Please review the attached document listing the file requirements for your revision. 第一個(gè)說是如果重新投稿就到Manuscripts with Decisions選擇重新投稿。 第二個(gè)投修改稿在哪投��？說是得刪除原稿，即替換。這個(gè)在哪操作我怎么沒有看到？ 投稿系統(tǒng)中寫著 To submit a revision, click on Manuscripts With Decisions, locate the entry of the most recent version of the manuscript, and click the link in the Action column next to that entry. Please remember to delete your old files before submitting your revision. 這不是和重新投稿一樣的么？ 順便問一句，重新投稿是不是就不修改，換審稿人再審？而投修改稿就是原審稿人繼續(xù)審？ |

| 重新投稿也要修改，一般編輯讓及重投其實(shí)是想要你的文章，只是現(xiàn)在這篇需要修改的太多了，最好好好修改一下重新投，中的概率會(huì)很大的，一般重投之后文章的編號(hào)會(huì)更改，說明他們默認(rèn)這是一篇新的文章，你可以在投稿過程中在投稿網(wǎng)站給編輯的comments中注明這是原來那篇文章的修改重投稿并附上原來文章的編號(hào)，至于審稿人，我覺得如果重投的文章編輯可能會(huì)再找原來的審稿人，但也會(huì)參考你建議的審稿人重新再幫你選，不過這都不重要，你的文章改好了，審稿人都會(huì)愿意建議接收的，我沒有投過JAPS，但是我投Polymer就遇到過這種修改重投的情況，這是我的一點(diǎn)點(diǎn)經(jīng)驗(yàn)，僅供你參考，祝你好運(yùn)！ |
