第十屆中國城市住宅研討會 暨可持續(xù)城市發(fā)展與保障性住房建設論壇 論文征集 摘要提交截止日期：2013年1月31日 會議官方網站：https://www.chi1993.cuhk.edu.hk/CUHC/ “第十屆中國城市住宅研討會”暨可持續(xù)城市發(fā)展與保障性住房建設論壇 主題：可持續(xù)城市發(fā)展與保障性住房建設 2013年7月5-7日 中國•上海 主辦： 中華人民共和國住房和城鄉(xiāng)建設部科學技術委員會 香港中文大學中國城市住宅研究中心 承辦： 上海市城鄉(xiāng)建設和交通委員會科學技術委員會 上海市房地產科學研究院 在國家住房和城鄉(xiāng)建設部的支持下，國家住房和城鄉(xiāng)建設部科學技術委員會和香港中文大學中國城市住宅中心將聯(lián)合主辦“第十屆中國城市住宅研討會”暨可持續(xù)城市發(fā)展與保障性住房建設論壇。會議目前正在征集論文，誠邀各方感興趣人士參與，共商可持續(xù)城市發(fā)展及保障性住房建設議題。 可持續(xù)發(fā)展是在世界范圍內取得廣泛共識的現(xiàn)代發(fā)展理念。城市在現(xiàn)代社會中占據中心和主導地位，既是各類可持續(xù)發(fā)展問題的高發(fā)地、矛盾交織的難點和焦點，又是全社會可持續(xù)發(fā)展能力建設的重點和支點。促進城市可持續(xù)發(fā)展，對于一個地區(qū)、一個國家乃至世界的發(fā)展意義重大、影響深遠。而近年來，隨著我國城市房價的不斷攀升，住房困難及由此引發(fā)的社會問題也日益突出。住房困難是現(xiàn)代城市社會的普遍現(xiàn)象，嚴重影響著城市的可持續(xù)發(fā)展進程，因而提供有效的住房保障成為政府的重要職責。因此，深入探討可持續(xù)城市發(fā)展與保障性住房建設這一議題，對未來城市發(fā)展有著重要意義。 本次會議征集論文的類目主要包括（但不限于）下列議題： 1. 可持續(xù)城市管理與規(guī)劃 2. 可持續(xù)城市的理論和創(chuàng)新 3. 應用新技術、手段和方法于可持續(xù)城市規(guī)劃 4. 可持續(xù)住宅建設 5. 住宅與住區(qū)環(huán)境 6. 保障性住房政策與經驗 7. 保障性住房與和諧社會 8. 公共住房的發(fā)展與未來 本次會議將秉承中國城市住宅研討會的傳統(tǒng)，建構學術平臺，吸引海內外規(guī)劃、設計、技術、營造、管理、開發(fā)、經濟、企業(yè)、社會等領域內的從業(yè)者、研究人員和政策制訂者。同時，本次會議將繼續(xù)頒發(fā)由國家住建部科技委及香港中大研究事務委員會共同蓋章的中國城市住宅研討會優(yōu)秀論文獎。為特別鼓勵在校學生的參與，本次會議也將繼續(xù)對學生減半收取會議注冊費，并選出數(shù)名優(yōu)秀學生論文頒發(fā)中國城市住宅研討會學生優(yōu)秀論文獎。 有意與會的論文作者請先向大會秘書處提交500-750字論文摘要一份，并附主要參考文獻，中英文均可。所有論文摘要將由相關領域學者匿名評審，并經由第十屆中國城市住宅研討會學術委員會決定論文摘要入圍名單。為會議所接納的摘要作者，將獲個別通知要求提供論文全文。所有會議論文全文連同主題發(fā)言與特邀論文將收錄于會議論文集。欲提交論文摘要，請參閱會議網站之詳細說明。 重要日期 提交論文摘要截止日期： 2013年1月31日 論文摘要錄用通知日期： 2013年3月1日 提交論文全文截止日期： 2013年4月5日 會議日期： 2013年7月5日至7日 有關論文事宜請聯(lián)絡 香港新界沙田 香港中文大學利黃瑤璧樓507室 香港中文大學 中國城市住宅研究中心 中國城市住宅研討會秘書處 電郵：innovations@cuhk.edu.hk 電話：+852 2994 0495 傳真：+852 2603 6515 有關參會事宜請聯(lián)絡 中國上海市 宛平南路75號 建科大廈九樓 上海市城鄉(xiāng)建設和交通委員會科學技術委員會 第十屆中國城市住宅研討會籌備委員會秘書處 郵編：200032 電話：+86 21 6468 6117 傳真：+86 21 6468 6117 會議網站：https://www.chi1993.cuhk.edu.hk/CUHC/ The 10th China Urban Housing Conference - Call for Papers Abstract due January 31, 2013 For details see: https://www.chi1993.cuhk.edu.hk/CUHC Sustainable city development and social housing construction The 10th China Urban Housing Conference 5-7 July, 2013 Shanghai, China Organizers: Committee of Science & Technology, Ministry of Housing and Urban-Rural Development, PRC Center for Housing Innovations, The Chinese University of Hong Kong Executive organizers: Science and Technology Committee of Shanghai Municipal Commission of Urban and Rural Construction and Transport Shanghai Real Estate Science Research Institute We are pleased to announce that the “The 10th China Urban Housing Conference” will be held from July 5th to 7th, 2013 in Shanghai, China. The event is jointly organized by the Science and Technology Committee of the Ministry of Housing and Urban-Rural Development of the People’s Republic of China (MOHURD) and the Center for Housing Innovations (CHI) of the Chinese University of Hong Kong (CUHK). Sustainable development is a broad consensus in the world within modern development concept. Cities occupy a central and leading position in modern society with high incidence of different sustainable development issues. It is of great significance and far-reaching impact to promote sustainable city development for a region, a country and even the world. In recent years, China's rising urban housing prices, housing difficulties and consequent social problems have become increasingly prominent. The issue of housing difficulties is a common phenomenon of modern urban society, which is seriously affecting the process of sustainable development of the city. It becomes a very important duty of governments to provide effective housing security. Thus, it is critical to further explore the issue of sustainable urban development and social housing construction for the future of urban development. The Conference invites submissions of original research papers on topics in Sustainable Urban Development and Social Housing Construction, including but not limited to the following subjects: 1. Sustainable urban management and planning 2. Theories and innovations of sustainable urban development 3. New technologies, tools and methodologies for sustainable urban planning 4. Sustainable housing construction 5. Housing and habitat environment 6. Social housing policy and experience 7. Social housing and harmonious society 8. Development and future of public housing The Conference will continue to provide an academic discussion platform for local and overseas professionals from various fields such as planning, design, technology, construction, management, finance, corporations and social services. The Best Paper Award will continue to be jointly issued by the Committee of Science & Technology of the Ministry of Housing and Urban-Rural Construction (the former Ministry of Construction), PRC and the University Research Committee of the Chinese University of Hong Kong. To encourage student participation, 50% of the Conference registration fee for student participants will be waived. Distinguished student authors will also be selected for the Best Student Paper Award. Interested scholars, professionals and students may submit an abstract of 500-750 words in Chinese or English with key references, to the China Urban Housing Conference Secretariat. Each abstract will be reviewed anonymously by the Review Panel formed by distinguished scholars and the list of accepted abstracts will be confirmed by the Academic Committee of the 10th CUHC.
