微藻重金屬脅迫下的抗氧化酶活性研究---翻譯

| 目前,國內(nèi)外許多學(xué)者對微藻重金屬脅迫下的抗氧化酶活性研究做了大量工作,有學(xué)者認為可以將超氧化物歧化酶(superoxide dismutase, SOD)、過氧化物酶(peroxidise, POD)等抗氧化酶作為監(jiān)測重金屬污染的生物指標(biāo)。 然而除了重金屬以外,大量的其它化學(xué)污染物已被證實同樣會引起抗氧化酶活性的變化,因此生物體中抗氧化酶活性的影響因素很多。事實上藻類在鋅脅迫下不僅抗氧化酶活性發(fā)生變化,金屬硫蛋白(metallothionein)及谷胱甘肽(glutathiose)等物質(zhì)也會受到影響。 故本實驗通過觀察不同濃度鋅脅迫下抗氧化酶系統(tǒng)中 SOD、POD活性的變化以及金屬硫蛋白的含量變化,以研究藻類在鋅脅迫下的生物學(xué)響應(yīng)。 |
