| 常規(guī)法加熱含鋅塵泥的礦相結(jié)構(gòu),前人已進(jìn)行了大量的研究。常規(guī)加熱屬于外(面)加熱,通過傳導(dǎo)、對(duì)流和輻射三種基本方式傳遞,易產(chǎn)生溫度梯度,惡化還原動(dòng)力學(xué)條件。采用微波法加熱,粉塵和煤粉均具有內(nèi)生熱的特點(diǎn),能提供良好的還原動(dòng)力學(xué)條件。本試驗(yàn)采用礦相分析方法,研究微波還原含鋅塵泥顯微礦相結(jié)構(gòu),探討微波加熱含鋅塵泥的還原過程。 |

| Numerous studies have been performed on the heating of the mineralogical structure of zinc-borne dust using conventional methods. The conventional heating belongs to outer heating, in which the heat transfers occur in three basic ways including conduction, convection and radiation, and it easily leads to temperature gradient and deterioration of the reduction kinetics conditions. The use of microwave heating provides good reduction kinetics conditions for dust and coal dust, both of which are featured by interior heat build-up. Using mineral phase analysis, the present study surveyed the microstructure of microwave reduced zinc-borne dust and addresses the reduction process of zinc-borne dust during microwave heating. |

As an outside (surface) heated method, Conventional heating transfer heat by conduction, convection and radiation which can easily lead a temperature gradient and reduction kinetics conditions deterioration. For dust and coal dust has endogenous heat characteristics, microwave heating, can provide good conditions for the reduction kinetics.
