What's the influence given by the particle to the viscosity? 已有1人參與

| During the adhesive production, you may offen facing the failure of viscosity. So many factors could cause this phenomena, here is an analysis report to detect the correlation between the particle and viscosity for your reference. 1) If the filler with a good sphericity, very smooth surface, loose stack, as you know, seen from the apperance, it looks like free-flowing, agglomerate-free which is benefit to the fluxion and lower the shear resistance; 2) If there are some many big particles agglomerated with the small ball tightly, furthermore, numbers of balls cold welded together as a mound, that certainly hinder the liquid pass the path and gap between particles to achieve a throughly wetted. This structure would enhance the shear resistance undoubtly, reduced in the high viscosity. 3) For the particle size, the lower of the viscosity as the result of the bigger of the particle, for the same weight, if the diameter is great then then amount would be less, exerting less resistance when surferring the shear strength. In view of the seriousness of the viscosity problem, effective measures should be taken before things get worse, but as the first we have to find out the root cause for this happening. From what has been discussed above, we may safely draw a conclusion that what we can do would be sumarized as such items: First of all, extend and reinforce the mixing, second, boast the temperature to let the liquid easily coverred with the particles, as the final, chosen the dry, free-flowing filler if you have the choice or preheating it also would be expected to figure out this kind of issues. |
