我現(xiàn)在準(zhǔn)備去哈佛訪問學(xué)者，哈佛也給我發(fā)了個(gè)Harvard University Visitor Participation Agreement，這個(gè)關(guān)于知識(shí)產(chǎn)權(quán)的協(xié)議，條款內(nèi)容很霸王啊，上面要個(gè)人和單位簽字。 想問問，論壇里還有人遇到過嗎？這個(gè)協(xié)議能放心簽嗎？只是個(gè)人簽、還是個(gè)人和單位都簽？這個(gè)是在去哈佛前發(fā)給對(duì)方，還是到哈佛才交？ 另外還有個(gè)Acknowledgement of Risk and Release form，如何處理？ 非常感謝大家回復(fù)！ |
