ACS 期刊版權(quán)書如何填寫？

投了個文章，收到了一郵件，讓“The electronic Journal Publishing Agreementis now available for completion”，打開連接呈現(xiàn)如下，請教各位如何填寫，是在SIGNATURE FOR FORM A處簽名還是在SIGNATURE FOR FORM C處簽名，SIGNATURE FOR FORM A處還有個“U.S. Government Contract #, if available: ”要填，其它地方還要填嗎？謝謝 INSTRUCTIONS ACS must receive a completed Journal Publishing Agreement form in order to publish your manuscript. Please review the instructions for choosing and submitting the correct form. This manuscript will be considered with the understanding you have submitted it on an exclusive basis. You will be notified of a decision as soon as possible. Fill in ONLY Form A, Form B, or Form C. Do not fill in more than one form. Note that Form B should be used only if ALL Authors are or were U.S. Government employees. Form C should be used only if ALL Authors are or were bona fide officers or employees of the Governments of Australia, Canada, or the United Kingdom.
