| 從表2還可以看出，隨著六氨基苯氧基含量的增加，環(huán)氧樹脂中磷氮元素的含量也逐步增加，初始分解溫度和初始快速分解溫度雖有所降低，但第二階段的熱穩(wěn)定性和高溫時(shí)的殘?zhí)苛繀s明顯提高，這對(duì)減緩高溫時(shí)環(huán)氧樹脂的迅速燃燒和提高樹脂的自熄性有著重要的作用，這也是含磷元素特別是含磷腈化合物作為膨脹型阻燃劑阻燃的最關(guān)鍵因素所在。 |

| As shown in Table 2, the content of phosphorus and nitrogen in epoxy resin increased gradually with the increase of hexaaminophenoxy content. Though the initial decomposition temperature and initial rapid decomposition temperature exhibited a slight decrease, the thermostability and carbon residue at high temperature showed an obvious increase. This plays important role in moderating the rapid combustion of epoxy resin at high temperature and increasing the self extinguishing character of the resin. It is also the key factor for using phosphorous element especially phosphorus nitrile as intumenscent flame-retardant agent. |
