年末了，年會(huì)也開(kāi)始成了大家關(guān)注的主題吧。關(guān)于出席宴會(huì)，我們都應(yīng)該注意自己的言行舉止是否恰當(dāng)，下面給大家總結(jié)的一些宴會(huì)時(shí)的商務(wù)禮儀，希望年會(huì)宴會(huì)的你不要出糗噢！ BEFORE THE MEAL: 就餐前 Shake hands with all present at the table. If necessary, introduce yourself. 與就餐的所有人握手。如有必要，介紹一下自己。 Place your napkin on your lap after everyone is seated and after your host has moved his/her napkin. 在所有人都坐下，招待方也拿起他/她的餐巾后，你才可以將自己的餐巾放到膝上。 Don’t ask the waiter to explain everything on the menu; you will annoy others and appear indecisive. 別就菜單問(wèn)服務(wù)員各種細(xì)節(jié)性問(wèn)題，這樣會(huì)煩擾他人，也顯得你猶豫不決。 Let the host take the lead when ordering; if the host isn't first in line to order, then ask for his/her recommendation. 讓招待方第一個(gè)點(diǎn)菜；如果招待方不是第一個(gè)點(diǎn)菜，就要先問(wèn)一下他/她的意見(jiàn)。 Don’t order the most expensive item on the menu and don’t order any unfamiliar food. 不要點(diǎn)菜單上最貴和自己未吃過(guò)的食物。 Sit up straight and don’t tip your chair back. 坐直了，別靠在椅背上。 DURING THE MEAL: 就餐期間 If your place is set with more than one fork, begin from the outside and work your way in. 就餐期間：如果你面前放有多只叉子，應(yīng)該按從外到內(nèi)的順序開(kāi)始使用。 When looking at the place setting in front of you, remember: solids on your left (bread plate), liquids on your right (water, ice tea, coffee). 留意你桌面上食物的擺放位置：固體食物放左邊（面包碟），流體食物放右邊（清水、冰茶和咖啡）。 Cut your meat or meal one piece at a time; avoid dicing it into bite-sized pieces all at once. Cut your salad into bite-sized pieces. 切肉時(shí)，要切一塊吃一塊；不要一次將肉切成多個(gè)一口吃得下的小塊。相反，沙拉要切成一口吃得下的小塊。 When sharing seasonings such as sauce with others, spoon some of it onto your plate; don’t dip your food into it. 對(duì)于大家共用的調(diào)料如醬油，先用湯匙舀一點(diǎn)到你自己的碟子上，千萬(wàn)不要將你的食物直接往公用的醬油里蘸。 Do keep your elbows off the table. 手肘別擱在桌子上。 When you speak, put your silverware on your plate, not on the table. 講話時(shí)，應(yīng)該將餐具放到碟子里，不要直接放在桌子上。 Don’t speak with your mouth full. 嘴里含著食物就別說(shuō)話。 Avoid talking about religion, politics and other controversial topics. 就餐期間，最好別談?wù)撟诮獭⒄魏推渌袪?zhēng)議性的話題。 Maintain good eye contact. 談話時(shí)，盡量與對(duì)方保持眼神接觸。 Do take your time eating, talking and especially listening to everyone at the table. 談話和進(jìn)食的時(shí)間要有分寸，特別是聆聽(tīng)別人說(shuō)話的時(shí)候。 Don’t over indulge; this is not your last meal. 別太貪吃，這不是你的最后晚餐。 Don’t lick your utensils or fingers. 味道再好，也別去舐你的餐具或手指，這樣很惡心。 Do say “please” and “thank you,” people do notice. 多說(shuō)“請(qǐng)”和“多謝”，大家都樂(lè)意聽(tīng)到這樣的客氣話。 AFTER THE MEAL: 就餐后 When you are finished eating, place the knife and fork prongs down side by side on the plate with the handles at 4 o’clock; the waiter will understand this as the “I am finished” position. 餐后：用餐完畢后，請(qǐng)將刀叉并排放在碟子上，尖端朝下，刀叉柄指向4點(diǎn)鐘的位置，好讓服務(wù)員知道你已經(jīng)吃完了。 Don’t argue over that check or offer to pay the tip; the host who invited you must take care of both. 別討論帳單和給小費(fèi)，這是邀請(qǐng)你來(lái)這里就餐的招待方家應(yīng)該做的事情。 Make sure you thank the host for the meal.
