跪請幫助翻譯一下一段話 慢性阻塞性肺疾病是一種以持續(xù)存在氣流受限為特征，以氣道、肺實質及血管慢性炎癥為核心的多因素構成的疾病。二肽基肽酶Ⅳ分布于人體多種組織中，參與許多不同的生理過程，血清中水溶性二肽基肽酶IV（sDPPIV）水平改變可能與多種疾病有關。有研究表明，sDPPIV血清濃度與年齡、吸煙因素無關，可能對COPD具有早期血清學輔助診斷意義。 |

| Chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD) is characterized by the presence of prolonged airflow limitation. It is comprised of multiple factors and mainly associated with chronic inflammation in airway, lung parenchyma and blood vessels. Dipeptidyl peptidase IV are distributed in a variety of human tissues and involved in many different physiological processes. The alteration of the water-soluble dipeptidyl peptidase IV (sDPPIV) level in serum might be associated with a variety of diseases. It has been shown that sDPPIV concentration in serum is not related with age or smoking, thus it may be of significance in early serological diagnosis of COPD. |
