| 針對(duì)丙烯腈裝置在生產(chǎn)過程中，產(chǎn)品損失高于設(shè)計(jì)值的要求，對(duì)損失原因進(jìn)行了詳細(xì)分析研究，從反應(yīng)機(jī)理入手，通過對(duì)急冷塔上、下段pH值、排水量、循環(huán)系統(tǒng)pH值等因素采取合理措施及操作條件優(yōu)化，使丙烯腈裝置標(biāo)定中精制回收率達(dá)到94.51%，丙烯腈損失率為5.49%，較優(yōu)化前損失率下降1.34%，效果較好。 |

| To solve the problem that the product loss is higher than the required design value during the production process of acrylonitrile unit, a detailed analysis and survey was carried out on the causes of product loss. Following the reaction mechanism, reasonable measures were taken with respect to the factors including pH values at upper and lower sections of the quench tower, displacement, the pH value of the circulating system and the operating conditions were optimized. The resulted effect was superior with a refined recovery rate up to 94.51% during the calibration of the acrylonitrile unit and a acrylonitrile loss rate of 5.49%, which is 1.34% lower compared to that prior to optimization. |
