　　生物體的生命活動能受到靜電場的影響，影響結(jié)果一般可分為2個方面：1）正效應(yīng)，即使生物體的新陳代謝功能加強(qiáng)，體內(nèi)各種酶的活力增加；2）負(fù)效應(yīng)，即使生物體的新陳代謝功能減弱，體內(nèi)各種酶的活力受到抑制；甚至死亡，從大量的試驗(yàn)結(jié)果來看，高壓靜電場對于食品的保鮮，實(shí)際上是利用電場負(fù)效應(yīng)的作用，使有食品中的細(xì)菌代謝功能減弱，甚至死亡，延長了食品的保鮮期。
Every biology can be affected by the electrostatic field. All living organisms can be affected by the electrostatic field. The resulting effects in general can be divided into two aspects: 1) positive effects, which strengthen the metabolism and enhance the activities of various enzymes in the organism, 2) negative effects, which attenuate the metabolism and reduce the enzyme activities even with lethal effects. According to a number of experimental results, it is actually the negative effects of the electrostatic field that were used in food preservation with high voltage electrostatic field, which weakened the bacterial metabolism or even killed the bacteria, thus prolonging the storage period of the food.
