求助Al2p的XPS分析 已有4人參與

| 小弟在分析複合薄膜,當中含有Cr,Al,N,O成份。但在Al2p分峰時出現(xiàn)兩個峰,位置分別在73.78及76.79,不知道是73.78到底是Al-Al BOND還是Al-O,還有就是另一個峰到底是那一種結(jié)合物。望各路高手給點提示,感激不盡! |
